Meet With Our Team
We’ll discuss your project, site considerations, timeline, and answer your questions before the deposit becomes non-refundable after 14 days.
Finalize Your Design
Confirm your plan details and any available customizations to prepare your project for engineering and production.
Begin Engineering & Manufacturing
Once your design is confirmed, sign your contract and submit the 50% production deposit to initiate engineering and manufacturing.
Final Payment & Delivery
The remaining 50% balance is due prior to delivery of your Park City Prefab Works building package.
