Yes. Our stock prefab plans can be modified to better suit your site, lifestyle, and design preferences. Interior layout changes are generally straightforward, while modifications to the exterior structure, rooflines, windows, or doors move the project into our custom design process.

Design and engineering fees for customized and fully custom projects are competitive with current market pricing and are determined based on the scope and complexity of the project.

For a stock plan with no modifications, the minimum delivery timeframe is approximately 12 weeks from final design confirmation and deposit. Projects requiring customization may have longer lead times depending on the scope of changes, engineering requirements, and production schedule.

Your local general contractor manages site preparation, assembly, and completion of your home. Their responsibilities typically include coordinating permits and inspections, preparing the foundation, receiving and assembling the prefab building package, and managing all local trades.

Once the building shell is assembled, your contractor oversees the remaining construction, including roofing and exterior finishes, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, interior framing, insulation where required, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, and finishes through final inspection and occupancy.

Park City Prefab Works provides the engineered building package, detailed assembly documentation, and panel-system training and support to help your contractor successfully complete the project.

Yes. While your Park City Prefab Works package includes the structural engineering for the prefab building itself, you will need to hire a local engineer to design and engineer your chosen foundation—whether that is a slab, crawlspace, basement, or another foundation system.

Your local engineer will ensure the foundation is designed for your specific site conditions, local building codes, and the requirements of your Park City Prefab building.

Park City Prefab Works delivers your complete exterior building package—including roof trusses, wall and roof panels, windows, and doors—directly to your project site. Delivery is included in the package price within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Within the week of delivery, we also coordinate a 2-hour virtual training session with the panel manufacturer for you and/or your general contractor. This session provides guidance on the panel assembly process, helping your local construction team get started confidently and efficiently.

• High-Performance Insulation — Wall panels feature R-34 insulation and roof panels R-44 as standard, with options up to R-55. Insulation is integrated directly into the panels for consistent, long-term thermal performance. The fully thermally broken building envelope minimizes thermal bridging and enhances overall energy efficiency.
• 10-Year Structural Panel Warranty — The structural panels that form the core of the building are covered by a 10-year warranty with engineering sign off.
• Window & Door Warranty — Manufacturer warranties generally provide 10–30 years on exterior finishes and 2–10 years on glass defects, subject to applicable manufacturer warranty terms and conditions.
